atea Composites manufactures various products such as tanks, vessels, and pipes in dual laminate, FRP and other plastic materials.
We have various lamination and winding machines for items with diameters up to 6 meters. The maximum weight of items handled is 20 tonnes and the maximum length is 12 meters.
atea has manufacturing facilities in China, Malaysia and Germany.
The production is supervised by experienced German craftsmen with many years of experience dealing with various plastic materials.
atea has developed complex manufacturing and inspection and test plans which are being thoroughly followed during production to ensure the highest quality assurance and control. These plans can also be modified to suit specific requests from our clients.
We perform extensive testing on all our products to ensure that they comply with strict European standards such as DIN, or other standards as requested by the client.
